1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DexForge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DexForge provides software development, AI solutions, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. DexForge retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including milestones and schedules, are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees as specified in the agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
DexForge's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
